Forex Manager API for CRM, explained for brokers.
The Forex Manager API for CRM is the integration layer between your MetaTrader 5 server and your CRM. It lets client and account actions in the CRM reach the platform, and platform data return to the CRM, without manual copying.

What it is used for
Typical uses are creating trading accounts, adjusting balances after approved payments, changing account groups and reading account and trade information for reports. The exact list depends on the access your setup permits, so define it before you start.
Permissions and responsibility
Access to the platform’s management functions is sensitive. Grant only what a workflow needs, keep credentials out of emails and shared documents, and decide who owns the keys. A gray label setup may limit what is possible, so confirm scope with your provider.

Testing before production
Test account creation, balance operations, duplicate requests, failure handling and reporting on a non-production environment first. Pair this page with our notes on CRM selection and on a prop-style multi-account terminal.
Monitoring after go-live
Once the integration is live, watch it. Alert on failed calls, unusual balance operations and sudden changes in volume. Review access lists regularly and rotate credentials on a schedule. A short monthly check, recorded in writing, catches most problems before clients notice.
Questions we hear
Is the Manager API included in a gray label?
Not by default. CRM integration and Manager API access are optional and quoted separately, subject to your setup.
Can the API support a prop firm CRM?
It can support account provisioning and rule-driven workflows if the scope allows. Describe the challenge rules you need before asking for a quote.
