MT5 Grey Label Capacity: Clients, Groups, and Logins

A capacity statement looks simple until several different limits appear in the same MT5 grey label listing. Clients, symbols, trading groups, and manager logins describe different parts of the setup. Read each one against the operation you intend to run instead of combining them into one idea of platform size.

Identify the account category behind the client figure

The listings state support for up to 500 clients except the Prop Ready option, which states up to 7000 clients for its Demo group. The demo qualification is part of the claim. It does not establish a live-account allowance of the same size. Ask the provider to confirm the definition and scope of every client count.

Treat symbols as an agreed configuration

Access to 150+ trading symbols describes the listed capability, not a promise that every instrument you request is configured identically. Ask for the relevant symbol list and the setup details your operation requires. Record any missing requirement as an open item rather than assuming it follows from the headline count.

Give every group and login a purpose

The offers describe up to six trading groups and four manager logins. Map the groups to the account categories you need. Map manager access to staff roles and responsibilities. Four logins do not explain what each user is permitted to do; the permission model needs its own confirmation.

Discuss growth before reaching a limit

Ask how a capacity increase or configuration change would be requested and priced. Establish whether it requires a new agreement, provider approval, or a migration. You do not need to purchase an undefined future expansion, but you should understand the discussion that growth would trigger. Keep these answers beside the quoted price in your comparison sheet.
